I utilize Online software in order to collect and send information. This allows me to provide services whether you are close by or anywhere in the US.

My Story
I have been using Quickbooks for over 15 years in the desktop form. I have passed my Quickbooks Online certification and I am now able to help you whether it is to start online, or migrate a desktop version to online.

My father had a service station when I was a child and I helped my mom with the books at a young age. This was long before the computer age when credit cards were imprinted on a 3 part form in order to obtain the customers information. Once signed the customer received a copy, the other 2 were gathered and a bank form was filled out with the information and copy given in order to receive the funds which took over a week.
Today it is all automated and is almost instantaneous to receive funds from the credit card company.
Bookkeeping is much the same way.
